Marc Majewski is an award-winning illustrator, picture-book maker, and art director.
He has written and illustrated several books, including Butterfly Child and Parks. Using mostly paint and ink, Marc’s style is characterized by sweeping strokes and bright colors. His work has been featured in exhibitions around the world, including the Bologna Children’s Book Fair Illustrators Exhibition and the Society of Illustrators’ The Original Art.
In 2024, he received the New York Times/New York Public Library Best Illustrated Children’s Books award for his illustrations in As Edward Imagined.
Marc lives and works in Berlin.
